Description

• Replaced all DL Lambda module git feature-ref sources with the 4.0.2 release artifact.
• No bespoke Lambda Errors/Throttles/Duration/DLQ-visible alarm removals were required after overlap check.

Context

• Moves digital-letters from branch-pinned module usage to stable released module.
• Standardizes alarm behavior and removes dependency on feature branch refs.
